Toronto: Toronto police said they arrested the person responsible for a murder that took place 25 years ago

It took time, but in the end the forces of good always win. The Toronto police said they arrested the person responsible for a murder that took place 25 years ago. It was March 19, 1993, and shortly before 8 o’clock, a phone call from a six-year-old boy who had found his dead mother in his apartment was sent from the house on 155 of Balliol Street. When the officers arrived on the spot they found Barbara Brodkin’s body lifeless due to a stab in the chest. In a video conference last week, Det-Sgt. Stacy Gallant, the murder investigator, said the officers had not yet been able to track down Brodkin’s killer. Monday, more than 25 years after the murder, the police say that an arrest has been made.

The press conference will be held at 10am
